The staff at the hotel were helpful and excellent. The room was huge and spotless, ideal for one night. The comfortable bed and spotless bathroom were great. The location was convenient, right by Fairfield Inn Kokomo and a great local restaurant and Health and Fitness Center.

The location is great for a public university and the rooms have been nicely renovated with added amenities like a pullout couch, fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Kokomo for a couple of nights for a business trip. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Shelby, was amazing and went above and beyond to assist me. The indoor pool was a great amenity, especially in February, and the fitness center was also a nice addition. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, although I did notice that the soap dispenser in my shower was empty. my experience at Best Western was great and I would highly recommend this hotel.
